Organ Console Project

Console1.jpgA good friend of mine made this organ console. He used to be an organ builder, so he knows all standard data and dimensions. This console has been built in accordance with the BDO standards. All the components were manufactured by him, except the keyboards and the toe pistons.

I use this console with the progamHauptwerk’. This program sounds exactly like a real pipe organ! See more: www.hauptwerk.com

If you wish to have a console like this or you have your own idea, see the photos below, and feel free to ask. My friend is working for VERY reasonable prices, well below any company on this market

The music stand is made of glass,

which resists of scratches!

I have chosen the Fatar 61TP/6LP keyboards, and ordered them from a German company. The keys are equipped withtracker touchmechanism. Each key has a pressure point, and it feels like you were playing on a mechanical tracker organ.

The pedalboard is completely silent.

There are no mechanical noises.

Pedal4.jpg

It is almost inaudible,

thanks to the dampening installed,

and the Kingbright reflective opto-eletric sensors.

(No switches, no contacts)

There are two springs for each pedal key.

The rear one is made of wood.
